BUDDLEJA DAVIDII “FLUTTERBY RED”

Plant code: BUD-DFR

Buddleja davidii ‘Flutterby Red’ is a compact, sterile variety distinguished by its abundant, long-lasting production of bright, reddish-purple panicle flowers, intensely scented and highly attractive to butterflies, bees, and other pollinating insects. The lanceolate, slightly downy leaves are grayish-green, creating an elegant contrast with the flowers. Flowering extends from midsummer to early autumn, with continuous renewal on the new branches. The plant has a neat, well-branched habit, with balanced growth and dense foliage. The lack of seed production makes this variety non-invasive, ideal for ornamental use even in managed or controlled environments.
